The first half of the shows usually showed the murder of a person, whose body was stumbled upon by Perry Mason and his sidekick, either Paul Drake or Della Street. The second half of the show is when the accused murderer becomes Perry Mason's client. During the trial, Perry assures the jury of his client's innocence, and reveals the true culprit through a surprise witness or just by pressure.
The movie To Kill a Mockingbird came out in 1962. The movie revolves around Scout and her older brother Jem as they go through several adventures, mostly by trying to make Boo Radley, a legendary recluse, come out of his house. Their father, Atticus, is a lawyer, and he tries to guide his children on a good path.
